Why Enneagram Coaching?

In one way or another, we all want happy, fulfilling lives. The Enneagram highlights nine archetypes of personality, each of which has its own lens through which it experiences and interprets the self, others, and the world. Understanding your Enneagram number helps clarify what that lens is for you, and Enneagram coaching helps you take deeper steps through accountability into the waters of self-understanding, self-examination, and self-actualization. 

Knowing your Enneagram number doesn't limit you or take away from the unique complexities of each individual; rather, "the Enneagram doesn't put you in a box, but helps you break out of the box you didn't know you were in," (Beatrice Chestnut).

What will we do in one-to-one Enneagram Coaching?

All prospective clients are welcome to a free 15 minute virtual consultation to see if it's a good fit!

 

New clients will meet weekly or bi-weekly and go through a five-session "Explore" series that begins with identifying their Enneagram Type (90 minutes). The following four sessions (60 minutes) unpack foundational aspects of the Enneagram number and how these aspects of personality affect us.

 

All sessions are personalized to where you're at and the goals you have and provide opportunity for learning, conversation, reflection, and a practical next-step. Clients may sign up for single sessions or additional blocks of sessions ("Become" sessions) after they have completed the five introductory "Explore" sessions.
